My name is Anita, your host and together with my husband Shaun we will ensure your stay is enjoyable. We live close by and will be able to assist if required.

Located in the Highview Estate at the top of Jindabyne. With snow cap Mountains views capturing amazing sunsets. The Backyard consists of rural rolling hills, wide open spaces to ride your bike or take a nature walk down to the bubbling creek. The kangaroos and deer are regular visitors early morning and at dusk.

On a clear night be sure to look at the millions of twinkling stars, definitely worth it. The neighbourhood is quieter during the summer months, perfect for a relaxing getaway. Jagungal street is residential, surrounded by short term holiday properties.

Free parking is available off street, but please ensure to take care and drive slowly. Driving, walking or biking around Jindabyne is the the main source of transport. It is a 5 min drive or 12 min walk to the main shops and restaurants.

Jindabyne does have a taxi service called Jindabyne Taxi’s. There is a free courtesy bus from the Bowling club and Banjo Paterson Inn which can drop you home. In winter period there are Shuttle Buses that can drop you at the ski tube, Perisher and Thredbo ski resorts.
